I had intended to drop a note to you sooner about the exceptional service that Patty Stelton provided myself and my wife in recently selling and buying a new home.  Our lives, like those of many, are too full of activity.  Had it not been for Patty's persistent but pleasant attention to the sale of our townhouse, we would not have been able to realize a sale so soon as we would not have been appropriately focused on the goals of the activity.

I did not think, given the current housing market, that our townhouse would sell at all.  Patty was optimistic (and aggressive in marketing the property) about the prospects for a sale from day one.  In the face of my less than optimistic outlook, she was upbeat and positive.  We appreciate such optimism.  But she was also pragmatic as to the pricing and showing of the property.
